NON-COORDINATION POLICY

THIS SERVESAS A SUPPLEMENT TO THE TERMS OF USE.

BY USING THE SITE OR SERVICE IN ANY MANNER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO VISITING OR BROWSING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. THIS AGREEMENT APPLIES TO ALL USERS OF THE SITE OR SERVICE, INCLUDING USERS WHO ARE ALSO CONTRIBUTORS OF CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND OTHER MATERIALS OR SERVICES ON THE SITE.
 

Under certain circumstances, organizations such as pacOH.IO., as well as it’s officers, contractors, employees and volunteers, may prohibited from engaging in certain coordinated activities by and between political candidates, candidate committees, political party committees, political action committees and/or independent expenditure committees or organizations. 

Moreover, many users of the pacOH.IO website may be subject to similar limitations pursuant to federal and state laws.

Accordingly, all pacOH.IO users agree to the following limitations upon their use of pacOH.IO site and any related services:
 

• pacOH.IO shall not be used to discuss, convey, share or exchange any non-public information or materials among or between any candidate, candidate committee, political party committee, legislative committee, independent expenditure organization and/or or their agents.

• pacOH.IO shall not, without prior approval of pacOH.IO, be used to provide services or assistance to any candidate, candidate committee or political party committee, legislative committee, independent expenditure organization and/or or their agents.
